30-Day Return Window

You may return unworn, unwashed T-shirts within 30 days of delivery.

Return Shipping

• Defect, misprint or wrong item: we provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.

• Size exchange or change of mind: you pay the return shipping. We recommend tracked shipping.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will either ship the correct size or issue a refund to your original

payment method within 14 days. Original outbound shipping costs are nonnrefundable unless the return is due to

our error.

How to start a return

Email info@creepystitches.com with your order number and reason. We will reply within 2 business days with

instructions.

Exceptions

Custom or personalised items cannot be returned unless defective.

Please note: deliveries to countries outside the EU may incur import duties or customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are beyond our control and must be paid by the recipient
